These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of VilajCalc, a desktop calculator application provided by VILLAGEBOY LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using VilajCalc, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the application.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, VILLAGEBOY LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use VilajCalc for personal or commercial purposes.

You are granted the right to:

• Install and use VilajCalc on multiple devices you own or control
• Use VilajCalc for personal or commercial calculations
• Access updates and new versions of the software

3. Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble VilajCalc
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on VilajCalc
• Distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or sell copies of VilajCalc
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels on VilajCalc
• Use VilajCalc for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws

4. Intellectual Property

VilajCalc and all associated intellectual property rights are and remain the exclusive property of VILLAGEBOY LLC. These Terms do not grant you any rights to trademarks, service marks, or logos of VILLAGEBOY LLC.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

VILAJCALC IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Title or quiet enjoyment

We do not warrant that VilajCalc will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VILLAGEBOY LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from your use or inability to use VilajCalc
• Damages resulting from calculation errors or inaccuracies

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR VILAJCALC (WHICH IS ZERO, AS THE SOFTWARE IS FREE).

7. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue VilajCalc at any time without notice. We may also modify these Terms at any time by posting updated Terms on our website.

8. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of VilajCalc and delete all copies from your devices.

9. Third-Party Services

VilajCalc may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as donation platforms). We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and VILLAGEBOY LLC regarding VilajCalc and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
